To be considered for employment all our employees must meet or exceed the requirements listed.
- CNA OR RNA with two years of hands on care giving experience
- Pass a NATIONWIDE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
- A copy of you’re driving record within the last 30 days
- Social Security Number with verification
- Proof of US citizenship or documentation to work in the United States
- Employment History and 2 personal references
- Pass an English Competency Test
- Knowledge and skills test
- TB Test within the last 12 months
The special consideration will be given to candidates with the following verifiable training:
- First Aid
- CPR certification for adults and children
- Completed training on the fundamentals of care giving
- Alzheimer’s Training and Certification
- Dementia Training and Certification
